The rotisserie motor comes with a ring that sits atop the kettle. Bank coals on both sides of the grill with a drip pan in the middle, and you have a perfect indirect cooking setup for rotisserie cooking. Give this a try, I promise you'll never want another store bought rotisserie chicken again!
