In this video I go over the different tips and tricks that have been proven to help people stay awake even when they are extremely tired.
For example, did you know that doing a handful of push-ups will cause your brain to release testosterone an adrenaline, both of which will help you stay awake.
You can also run cold water over your wrists since the change in blood temperature will cause your body to release a little bit of adrenaline which can give you that much needed boost to push on a little more without sleep.
