Asian coconut jello
9 cups of water (10 cups for softer jello)
1 bag agar agar powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups sugar (1.5 cup if you like less sweet)
1- 14oz can coconut milk
Add water, salt, sugar, agar agar powder into pot and mix well. Turn on fire to medium high heat and bring liquid to boil. Add coconut milk and bring to boil.
If you want 2 separate color, clear and white, boil liquid longer.
Pour liquid into baking pan. I used 7 x 11 and 9 x 13 size. Skim off any bubbles. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 4 hours and then enjoy!
