When my wife and I were looking for a new vehicle, we visited all the name brand dealers in Kitchener-Waterloo. I can honestly say, none of them came close to matching our experience at Crosby.

The people at Crosby Volkswagen were ahead of the pack by leaps and bounds. Our salesperson knew the two cars we were looking to buy. Upon our arrival, the cars were both ready for us to go. He indicated that we can go where ever we want, and to take our time with no restrictions.

We both feel that if you're in the market for a new or used car, please do your selves a favour, and go check them out.
