After the three rotor screws have been inserted into the cartridge, it's important to check the pin holes on both the cartridge and the rotor caps to make sure they line up. If correct alignment has been achieved, the timing will be correct and it will turn like a champ. Assembly lube is then added to keep away rust and corrosion.
