Ms. Karate, The Swallow of Kyokugenryu.

Yuri seems to have shorter start-up frames for jumping and hopping, and she jumps REALLY FAR. You can do a jump D cross-up easily from half a screen away. This, however, makes me wonder why they made her jump B an air-to-air move (hitting upward and high, yet with the way she jumps she can easily be higher than the opponent). Also her jump CD is slow...

Her C version Ko'ouken is too slow on start-up to be comboed after a strong punch/kick. Houyoku-Nage is no longer a juggle like in XIII, but simply an air heavy punch, which can be cancelled with air Raiouken. But the recovery of air Raiouken is so slow that you can only link a ground move if the fireball(s) hits the toes. I don't see much utility for her new Saiha DM in combos, though it looks like a decent anti-air super.

Her mid-stage combo options seem limited, one of which is the following sequence which works everywhere:
... (BC) 5CD xx 623BD.C, 624BD
Because of how slowly she recovers from EX Raiouken, the jump A xx EX Raiouken loops in XIII are no longer valid.
