Real Men of Real Estate Host Thomas F. Chappell Jr. and his guest Sharr Williams who is a Realtor, Loan Officer and Property Manager.

The “MaMu” of Real Estate, as her grandson calls her, Sharr Williams is a native of South Carolina. Growing up in the south, at heart, Sharr has always enjoyed nurturing families and individuals whether it is by giving her helping hand, knowledge, support or comfort. For years, she has worked as a Leasing and Property Manager for multifamily apartment homes and commercial properties. Most of her clientele were first time renters, seeing their smiling faces brought her great joy with every approval.
Within a few years, Sharr transitioned to become a licensed Realtor in Atlanta GA with Beccan Properties Realty where she could truly broadcast her qualities for families happy in their new homes. Following her ambition and dreams she and her three children relocated to California where she also became a licensed Realtor and Loan Officer with Stigler Homes and Mortgage in Rancho Cucamonga. During her Real Estate years, Sharr has sold Land, Single Family Residences, mobile homes, leased and managed commercial properties. Her niche is to provide and prepare future families and individuals for either a first-time home buyer experience or with a seasoned buyer/investor with choosing the right purchase and loan program.

Throughout his journey he has done several deals within the Inland Empire. Thomas F Chappell Jr. has many years of experience in flipping and in investing in Southern California. His goal is to share his knowledge and experience, along with his trials and errors, to help others achieving their RE goals.

Thomas, is a place where all people have the same opportunities to learn how to invest in real estate and to build wealth.
