Chef John from Food Wishes made these Bang Bang Chicken Nuggets and I had to try them and of course, put my own spin on these amazing, crispy nuggets! I guess we're calling this Bang Bang Boom Boom Chicken - but in any event, this chicken recipe will make you very happy. My bang bang chicken recipe is easier than Food Wishes recipe - in my opinion - and dare I say, better! If you love chicken nuggets / fast food nuggets, and easy chicken recipes, this is for you!

Bang Bang Chicken Nuggets
boneless skinless chicken thighs and/or boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into cubes
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
onion powder
drizzle of oil
(measure with your heart and depending on how much chicken you make)
2 eggs, beaten
equal parts flour and corn starch

Bang Bang Sauce
mayo
honey
siracha
soy sauce
sweet chili sauce
sesame oil
(again, measure with your heart, taste and adjust...there's no right or wrong way to make this sauce)
