You can use these samples and loops free for non profit use when crediting Ryini

If you want to use these samples free for profit/commercial use, you must credit Ryini and split profit shares.
For example: 50% for 2 Songwriters or 33.33% for 3 Songwriters. etc…

For producer collabs, you can use any samples and split 50-50% share on Beatstars @ Ryini
If its really good, there is a chance Ryini Beats can help promote it as well to his audience.

1.)Can I use these samples royalty free?
No. If you want to profit using these free loops, you must credit Ryini and split profit share as described above.
If you want to keep 100% of your royalties, you can purchase our full kits as they become available.

2.)Can I use these loops for my beat, song, or background music?
Yes. As long as you follow the terms:
-Free for non profit use when crediting Ryini.
-Free for profit you must credit Ryini and split profit shares.

3.)What is Youtube Content ID, and why is that the only limitation?
Youtube content ID is Youtube’s system of detecting music on Youtube Videos.
If you claim content ID on ANY PROJECT using my samples, you will cause copyright claims on MY videos and EVERYONE ELSES
who has also used the sample. Then I will have to counter claim you or potentially have your project removed, its a huge headache.
So when you distribute your music through distributors like CDbaby, Distrokid, Amuse, Tunecore or others, make sure not to add the
Youtube money / content ID upgrades. Projects using my loops are not allowed to be submitted through any Content ID Partners.

5.) Can I post my project on Youtube, and what if I use your sample and get a copyright claim on Youtube?
Yes, you can post your project on YouTube. If you get a copyright claim from someone other than Ryini,, feel free to counterclaim. It’s not a big deal. Some of my sounds may be in the Content ID system since I am the exclusive owner, so if you get a claim from Ryini Beats or Guitar Prod, please do not counterclaim is monetized. Your Youtube video will remain up and claims do not have a negative impact on your channel. If it’s a big project and your channel is monetized, let me know and maybe we can work something out. But from giving away hundreds of original free loops, I appreciate being able to make some money on the back end. Thank you :)
