The machine in the video is an automatic lock style tray forming machine for corrugated paper tray. The customer's product is seasoning. After the bottom tray is formed, the seasoning cans will automatically load into the tray with pick and place case packer. Therefore, this machine is used to connect pick and place case packer as an automatic packaging line.
As shown in the video, the machine pulls out a piece of corrugated board and forms it, and then the machine automatically folds the cover, locks the box and shapes it, so as to complete onetime packaging.
The fastest speed of this machine is 12 trays per minute. If you need a faster or slower one, we can design and manufacture it.
