The Story: When this cab driver was just starting his shift, a masked man suddenly made himself known in the back of his cab, demanding that he hand over all of his money. The driver explains he has just started his shift, but the robber still demands money. The driver takes out a small wad of cash from his front pocket and hands it over to the robber. Luckily, as the terrified man struggles to find his wallet, a police officer in the back notices the unfolding situation, turns on his lights, and quickly exits the car. The frantic man's expression shifts to relief upon seeing the officer approaching him through his side view mirror. Thankfully, the officer opens the back door and commands the perpetrator to exit the car. The perpetrator faces charges of robbery, terroristic threats, and simple assault and is being held on $100,000 bail at the Berks County Jail.
