Posho is a traditional basic dish in Uganda. It can be served with fish, meat or vegetable stew.
Ingredients
Maize /Corn flour
Water
Wooden stick
Posho made with corn flour. Wooden stick. Corn/Maize flour, Water. Water. Pour water into the pot and bring it to boil. Set some hot water aside. Corn/Maize flour. Add corn flour and start mixing. Wooden stick. Mix with the wooden stick. Please like my video. It will help my channel to grow. Add a little flour if it’s very soft. Posho is a traditional basic dish in Uganda. It can be served with fish, meat or vegetable stew. Add a little water and let it cook 1 minute. Cook on low heat. Keep turning and folding. You can use one hand to hold the pot. It should be soft.
