Hi friends, are you tenants or landlords? Do you know that the most recent rent control law AB1482 has been passed and will take effect from January 1, 2020? It basically protects the tenants by limiting the annual rent increasing within 5% + inflation and prohibit the landlord from evicting the tenants without Just Cause.
