SYNOPSIS FRANÇAIS

Yan VIALLET est un jeune Freerider de 20 ans qui aime la compétition, le ski et surtout la montagne. Aujourd'hui, Yan participe aux Freeride Qualifiers pour entrer sur le Freeride World Tour.

Le 3 septembre 2021, il apprend la disparition de son ancien coach de ski alpin : Nicolas TRAPPIER. Un réel choc pour le jeune homme, qui, pour surmonter ces moments difficiles, décide de retourner à la base de son sport, le Ski alpin, avec une personne qui lui a beaucoup appris : Fabien RIGOLE.

Puis, il va découvrir le ski de pente raide avec son père (Stéphane VIALLET) et Vivian BRUCHEZ, 2 personnes qui l'inspirent. Ce qui lui permettra de s'épanouir pleinement dans sa discipline favorite : le ski Freeride.

C’est cette diversité de disciplines que Yan présente dans son premier film : VARIETY

SYNOPSIS ENGLISH

Yan VIALLET is a 20 year old freeride skier who loves competition, skiing, and the mountains. Today, Yan is participating in the Freeride Qualifiers to enter the Freeride World Tour.

On September 3rd, 2021, his former alpine ski coach Nicolas TRAPPIER passed away. This was a huge shock for Yan, who decided to go back to the basics of skiing: alpine Ski in order to overcome this difficult moment. It is no surprise that he chose to do this with Fabien RIGOLE, a person who taught him a lot in this discipline.

Then, he goes on to discover steep skiing with his father (Stéphane VIALLET) and Vivian BRUCHEZ, two people who deeply inspire him.

This will allow him to flourish in his favorite discipline: Freeride skiing.

It’s this variety of ski disciplines that Yan presents in his first film: VARIETY
