Recently, while in Ireland, my partner and I took part in the Dublin Literary Tour, a local event that connects travelers and townspeople with the writings and life story of some of the most praised writers in Dublin's history, especially James Joyce.
Participants can explore original writings, manuscripts, and historical recreations at the Museum of Literature (affectionally known as MOLI) and connect with history through the statues in the district, lovingly crafted in the image of these prolific authors. The tour then ends with the Dublin Literary Pub Crawl, a delightful tour of the local pubs, featuring recitations and creative reenactments from local performers.
