After you did all the things said in the video, go through here:
DualShock 4 is not supported. However you can make it work by doing the following. Enter big picture mode - Settings - Controller settings - Check PlayStation configuration support - Go to Sekiro - Manage game -Controller configuration - Browse configs or set it up yourself - Exit big picture mode - Good to go!
