One blade paper straw machine

Machine includes the following parts:
1. paper splicing (3 layers or 4 layers)
* Each pcs with seperate position sensor;
* constant tension (keep running in high speed when change paper rolls);
2. glue system
* Its speed Sync with straw winding and cutting speed.
* Machine can recognize the amount of glue and add it in time automatically.
* The amount and frequency of adding glue can be set on the PLC screen.
3. straw winding and cutting parts
* can produce 3-12mm diameter straws;
* servo motor 4 pcs;
* max speed around 150-200m/min;
* speed and straw length controled by servo motor;
* straw length difference: ±1mm;
* blade quantity: 1 or 2 pcs;
* PLC touch screen: SIEMENS
* servo motor: TECO or SIEMENS;
* program wrote by our own engineers, after purchasing the machine, the operating system can be updated remotely later, more convenient.
