November in the Arctic. We experienced what the Arctic is all about in winter. Snowfall like a cloudburst, fantastic arctic colors, reindeer and northern lights. The city was already lit up for Christmas with lots of lights everywhere. We also regularly saw the Hurtigruten ships dock at the terminal. On excursions we went to the Sami, the reindeer and the whales, who hid from us, but that's nature. Nine days were far too short.
