Daniel Rosenblum is a private Israeli Tour Guide since 1987
Daniel has a been a private Israeli Tour Guide for more than 15,000 tourists from all over the world.
Israel is small, yet very versatile. There are three different types of
Deserts; this is the Judean Desert and the Dead Sea, seen from a bird's
eye. Flying above it can also be done in a Helicopter, or a light plane, the
sights are fabulous.
The lowest place on earth has a fascinating landscape, all rugged and
mountainous with almost no vegetation.
This body of water is more than ten times saltier than the Ocean. Thirty-
eight percent salinity. It feels almost like oil when you get in, your body
weighs ten times less than in any other Sea. The result is funny, you
cannot really swim; your body is pushed up to the surface.
The amount of water, which evaporates daily from this body of water
during the summer, is equivalent to six hundred Olympic swimming
pools.

Dead sea
Israel private tour guide multilingual will tell you that What you can clearly see are Sinkholes, there are about six thousands of
them around the coast and they are a real danger to people.
One of those Pits, as they are also called, "sits" in the middle of the only
road, and has forced the authorities to pave a bypass in order to enable
the traffic towards south.
The main farming in this area is Date plantations. Hectares of delicious
"Majoul" dates grow here and all along the Jordan Valley all the way to
the Red Sea. Israel is one of the largest producers of this kind of Dates,
which are mostly shipped abroad.
The Judean Desert
Looking at this aridity from an Airplane or a Helicopter is a genuine
experience. Although it scarcely rains, there is life in the Desert. Some
animals can find enough food and liquid from the small amount of trees
that grow here.
You can see the Mountains of Juda to the west and on the east coast of
the Dead Sea are the Mountains of Moab. The sea is divided between
Israel and Jordan. The international border between the two countries is
right in its middle.
What is also interesting is the fact that thousands of years ago and even
today, people chose to live here. During the Roman period, this
abandoned sterility offered an ideal hiding place for political, military or
religious refugees.
The most famous is Masada, a bastion of Jewish resistance against the
Romans. It is one of Israel's most important and amazing sites, and no
tourist will skip that experience.
Israel private tour guide multilingual will explain that The resources of this region today are mostly tourism and farming.
Tourists from all over the world come to experience a swim in the lowest
place in the world; its virtues are world famous for healing from
different diseases, mostly skin problems.
There are some springs in the middle of the Desert where a rich variety
of flora and fauna lives and is well protected.
There are about twenty Hotels in the south part of the Dead Sea.
The Villages you can see from the air grow mostly Dates, but also some
vegetables and melons or watermelons.
There is life in the Desert!
