In this video Ryan outlines exactly why you need to warm-up, how you should structure it (general to specific), and gives examples of dynamic moves you can utilize before your next upper or lower body day.
This dynamic whole body routine will get your primed to hit the gym and can be used every time you lift. The routine I go in-depth on in this video usually takes me about 10 minutes including the 2 minutes of light cardio I start with.
