Ingredients:
1 ltr Milk
Milkmaid
1/2 cup Almonds & Cashew nuts, chopped
10-15 Saffron strands
1/2 tbsp Cardamom powder
Method of preparation:
Heat milk in a vessel, boil it on low flame for 15- 20 minutes and keep stirring it simultaneously.
Add milkmaid, almond, cashew, cardamom, saffron and mix them well.
Our Basundi is ready.
