Protesters are back on the streets of Myanmar, undeterred by a day of violence that left at least 38 people dead. The UN said a total of 54 people have been killed since the coup started in February. More than 1,700 have been arrested. Meanwhile, funerals are being held, with large crowds lining procession routes, singing revolutionary songs and chanting anti-coup slogans. Ousted leader Aung San Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy party said it will fly flags at half mast to commemorate the dead.
