The end of the scene is not usually the end of a story. That means you don’t want your reader to feel like the end of your scene is a place to stop reading. Keep you readers reading by revealing new information they want to learn more about or stopping at a place of high tension and stakes. Here’s how to end scenes and compel readers to continue.
