Japanese Summer festival! This was a smaller festival in my area of the city. There are festivals all over the country. Some are famous and involve parades or fireworks. Regardless of size there are usually food and game stalls. A large part of the matsuri is the music and often times people will dance. They will use traditional and modern songs. The atmosphere is unique to say the least.
