My husband and I stayed at the Katathani Shore Resort. It’s about an hour drive from the airport, 30 minutes from the Old Phuket Town which also has a night market, and about 15 minutes from Kata Beach! This was the perfect spot for us to walk around finding something to eat for dinner at the Kata Beach Walking Street! And it’s not too far from our hotel! It was only a 200 baht cab ride here. We cancelled our fancy dinner at our resort about $300 and we are glad we did. We spent around $60 here!
