BJP Slams Congress: BJP And Congress Clash Over 'Distorted' India Map That Excludes Parts Of Kashmir
A major controversy erupted Thursday after the Congress displayed a misrepresented map of India on posters to mark the centenary of the 1924 session in Belagavi, Karnataka. The BJP and its NDA ally, Janata Dal (Secular), accused Congress of omitting Gilgit in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Aksai Chin, both integral parts of Jammu and Kashmir, from the map. The ruling Congress in Karnataka put up these posters across the district for the event. The BJP took to X to criticize Congress, calling the map "incorrect" and stating, "Mohabbat ki Dukaan is open for China."
