I started this dish by sautéing onions and bell peppers until tender.
Next I chopped up some cubes of cheese and added them to the cooled onions and peppers and placed them in the refrigerator.
Then I seasoned some ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder and placed in the middle of the 2oz piece of meat then rolled up a ball.
Lastly I wrapped it in two pieces of bacon and smoked it for 90 minutes at 250°
