Greece's Prime Minister has concluded a co ntroversial visit to Moscow where he held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Alexis Tsipras, says Putin, did not ask for financial aid, something that many had speculated would be on the cards, after some Greek officials had suggested that Athens would look beyond EU parterns for help in pulling Greece out of recession.
