1/2 cup green gram (soaked overnight)
1 large radish/mooli (peeled & chopped)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1.5 cups water
1 tbsp oil (coconut or any cooking oil)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 dried red chilies
1 sprig curry leaves
Pinch of hing/asefoetida
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Water or as needed
