Remaking a favorite of mine from 85c bakery! Lately, I’ve been obsessed with adding salt on my coffee. I think it adds so much more depth to the coffee. I love it!
This drink is so refreshing. I highly recommend it!
Recipe
☕️ 8 oz sweetened coffee
☕️ Sea Salt foam ( 2 oz heavy cream, a pinch of salt)
Brew coffee and add sugar. Dont be afraid to make it sweeter than what you’re used to. It would balance out the salty cream! I typically add 1-2 Tbsp sugar. Once mixed, set aside to cool.
In a bowl or glass, add the heavy cream and salt. Use a frother to mix until thick. Set aside.
In a glass, add the sweetened coffee and seasalt foam. Make sure to mix well. If your glass has a lid, shake a few times until you have a thin layer of foam. Enjoy!!
