Full Sail Music Production bachelor’s degree program instructor Dave Kropf explains that online instructors at Full Sail have office hours ranging anywhere from a traditional 9–5 during the week, to late evenings on the weekends. Online students are able to call their instructors on the phone during their office hours for questions and guidance on projects, or simply send an email for a prompt response. Dave customizes his interaction with students by creating feedback videos where he is able to demonstrate suggested changes for projects students are working on. Furthering the online communication methods, Dave is also able to livestream classroom sessions from his own home studio.
