- KLS Martin LP in Jacksonville, North America
- Gebrüder Martin in Tuttlingen, Germany
- Karl Leibinger Medizintechnik in Mühlheim an der Donau, Germany
- KLS Martin GmbH + Co. KG in Freiburg, Germany
- Rudolf Buck in Tuttlingen, Germany

The group of companies as such, however, was founded much earlier – already in 1896.

Nowadays, the group is represented in over 140 countries all over the world.
