INGREDIENTS
375g frozen raspberries
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons maple syrup
METHOD
1. Place the frozen raspberries, lime juice and maple syrup in the blender and blend.
2. Serve with a slice of lime and mint leaves.
3. Tips: You can sweeten the sorbet to your liking, if you prefer it sweeter add more maple syrup or alternatively you can use honey.
4. If the sorbet is difficult to blend, add a little water or milk.
