Ingredients for bottom layer (下层材料):
300g glutinous rice, soaked 4 hours and drained (糯米浸4小時,沥干))
100ml thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
100ml water (水)
1 tsp salt (小匙盐)
2 pandan leaves,knotted (2片香兰叶,打结)
Ingredients for top layer (上层材料:
3 eggs (鸡蛋)
120g caster sugar (细砂糖)
25g plain flour (普通面粉)
20g corn flour (玉米粉)
200ml pandan juice (5 pandan leaves blended with 200ml of water) 200毫升班兰水 (5片班兰叶加入300毫升水打烂)
150g thick coconut milk (浓椰浆)
1/4 tsp salt (盐)
Tapioca Seri Muka
