On the way home from my weeks' holiday in Wales, I decided to stop off at the Bala Lake Railway, next to Llyn Tegid at Llangower. This position is perfect for family picnics, and also having a dip in some nice warm water, unlike freezing cold sea water.

The locomotive in service on the railway was Hunslet works no. 780 'Alice'
