American model Martha Hunt has quite an affinity for Britain's royal family.
The Victoria's Secret Angel admits she was glued to the television during the recent wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
"Oh my gosh! I loved the royal wedding! I love the royals. Meghan is a real-life American princess. I'm so excited for her! She looked so beautiful. I loved the dress. And I loved the night-time dress too," she said.
Hunt's royal obsession is partially fueled by Netflix period drama "The Crown."
"I was actually watching it in Europe and I was watching it with a bunch of English pals, so it was great. So they were telling me who everyone was in the audience. I was getting the full rundown. Plus, I've been watching 'The Crown' so I had a little bit of background information. I'm obsessed with 'The Crown.' I have a whole new appreciation for the royals. I love them! I love the whole idea of it. It's such a romantic fantasy."
Hunt said Markle's wedding style was on point.
"The Givenchy was amazing. (I'm) all about a nice little collarbone moment," she said.
She also appreciated Markle's halter evening gown by Stella McCartney.
I've worked with Stella (McCartney) quite a bit. She's the best," said Hunt. "I was so proud to see her. Oh my gosh! Yes, and she dressed Amal (Clooney) as well, I believe. Right? I hope. But she's been killing it."
Hunt was speaking at a press event in Santa Monica, California, promoting Victoria Secret's new T-Shirt Bra Collection.
