Dimensional Control Surveying is one of the ways that TBS has raised the bar on providing our clients with an industrial measurement service that provides "real time" 3-dimensional data on fabrication projects. Using highly accurate total stations, laser trackers, and laser scanners, the industrial measurement software is utilized to gather data during the pre-weld, post-weld and as-built stage of fabrication. Results are then compared against the design/theoretical dimensions, and industrial standard tolerances to ensure project conformity.
