Martin's NotABlog. In his recent post, George R.R. Martin announces the release date for his new book, Rise of the Dragon, a history book about House Targaryen. This new book will coincide with the release of the Game of Thrones Prequel Series, House of the Dragon, scheduled to release on HBO Max later this year.
