A man has been arrested after a woman fell to her death from a balcony in Sydney's west.
Police were called to an apartment block in the early hours of the morning amid reports the woman was seen hanging from the balcony before falling.
Local police officers provided CPR to the 39-year-old woman but she could not be revived and died at the scene.
She is yet to be formally identified.
