Federal lawmakers have 15 days to pass a spending bill, or more likely, a continuing resolution, otherwise parts of the government will shut down Oct. 1. Factor in the election, and the next couple of weeks are about to get very interesting. FOX 9 political analyst, Blois Olson, explains why he believes lawyers will come to an agreement, and why we might see Governor Walz take a break from the campaign trail.
