How to Make Ras el Hanout راس الحانوت || Moroccan Spice Blend || Cooking with Noorin & Vlogs -
Hi everyone, in today's videos I will show you how to make Ras el Hanout. Ras el Hanout is a versatile spice blend used in Moroccan and North African cooking to season tagines, stews, meats and vegetables.
Traditional blends can include more than 30 ingredients, but we are making with some simple ingredients. The spice blend is not spicy, so It's not spicy like you might think :)
INGREDIENTS:
Cumin seed - 2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
Black pepper corn - 1 tsp
Cloves - 10
Cinnamon sticks - 2 (1 inch each)
Cardamom pods - 16
Rose petals - 1 tsp
Blend these ingredients together and mix with
Ground ginger - 2 tsp
Paprika - 2 tsp
Cayenne pepper - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 3 tsp
