A teenager and an adult man have died from apparent fentanyl overdoses in North Highlands. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office says the 46-year-old man was found behind the Long John Silver's restaurant on Elkhorn Boulevard and Watt Avenue just after 9:00 a.m.
