Fitness expert Denise Austin shares that the number one question she gets is what can they do about the “meni-pot,” or the belly that they’ve gotten as they go through “the change.” Denise created a workout and nutrition plan for all women over 45, to help address how their bodies are changing as they age. Kristin and Simone met with Denise to work on their target areas, and Kristin shares that she’s still really sore three days later. They both say they learned some moves that they will incorporate into their workouts.
