Zimbabwe's newly sworn in President, Emmerson Mnangagwa reached out to his predecessor Robert Mugabe who was forced to resign this week. Procedural, Mugabe was to officially handover power to Mnangagwa, but he was a no show. Mugabe's resignation follows a decision by the governing Party Zanu-PF to recall him and expel his wife Grace Mugabe, after a military led intervention.
