The Big Grey Mullet are in the Harbour so we have been setting our net to gather some fresh fish for the smoker. Mullet are Fatty sweet fish that are particularly delicious when smoked. They are very underrated as a table fish. In this episode we share a few of our recent Mullet slaying adventures. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoyed eating these juicy Mullet!
