Jane Foley, head of FX strategy at Rabobank, comments on the outlook for Bank of England policy and the pound as UK inflation slipped below the BOE's 2% target for the first time in 3 1/2 years, a fall that sets the stage for an interest-rate cut next month. "I think there is a green light for that," Foley tells Bloomberg Television. "I'm just not so certain yet about whether or not there are enough signs that the inflation genie is back in its box to signal that they can pick up the pace."
