A so-called "bomb cyclone" has arrived in the Pacific Northwest Tuesday, Nov. 19, bringing with it damaging winds, heavy rain, and mountain snow to the region. Many Washington state agencies are preparing for potential power outages and damage as the storm is expected to worsen overnight into Wednesday morning.
