Yeh rahi simple dahi bade ki recipe:
- 1 cup urad dal
- 2 cups dahi (curd)
- 1 tsp namak (salt)
- 1/2 tsp lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder (cumin powder)
- 1/2 tsp saunth powder (dry ginger powder)
- 1/2 tsp kala namak (black salt)
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- Kati hui hari mirch (finely chopped green chili) - swaad anusar
- Hara dhaniya (finely chopped coriander leaves) - swaad anusar
- Imli ki chutney
- Hari chutney
- Oil for frying
**Vidhi:**
1. Urad dal ko paani mein 4-5 ghante ke liye bhigo dein.
2. Bhigo hue dal ko blender mein paste banane ke liye daalein, paste banane ke baad usmein thoda sa pani daal kar mix karein.
3. Ab paste mein namak daal kar ache se mix karein.
4. Garam tel mein chhoti chhoti round bade banaye aur use sunehri brown hone tak tal lein.
5. Ab dahi ko ek bowl mein ache se beat karein aur usmein namak, lal mirch powder, jeera powder, saunth powder, kala namak, chaat masala, hari mirch aur dhaniya daal kar ache se mix karein.
6. Bade ko paani se nikal kar thanda hone dein.
7. Thande bade ko dahi mein dalein aur upar se imli ki chutney, hari chutney aur thodi si chaat masala daal kar serve karein.
Mazedar dahi bade tayar hain!
