The video explains what happens when you prestige in CoD WWII. I also explain what are the benefits of prestiging and what are the drawbacks. I recommend prestiging at least once to get the benefits of extra challenges and the achievement and trophy called General of the Army.

Hopefully you are enjoying the game and appreciate some of the changes that will take some time to get used to.

Multiplayer has been a new challenge and can be very rewarding to improve your skills over time through the process of map awareness and learning certain fundamentals for success.
