Since I was a child I always wanted to fly on the upper deck of a 747. My first flight was with KLM on their brand new 747-400 from Amsterdam to New York City in 1989. Almost 30 years later my dream came true. Flying from Amsterdam to Tokyo (Narita) in their 747-400 New World Business Class on the upper deck. Sadly on the way back they already changed the type of plane to a 777.
I hope there will be another possibility to fly on the upper deck as the 747 disappears rapidly from the sky as a passenger plane.
